Admissions Assistant

Reports to: Administrative Assistant to Admissions

Hours: 10 hours per week

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Some Saturdays required for visit days.

Duties:

  • Assist office by preparing mailings, contacting prospective students, providing tours, creating flyers/signs, hosting visitors in classes and during meals. Occasional opportunities to help at graduate school fairs.
  • Other duties as assigned by department.

Skills required:

  • Punctuality, attention to detail; ability to interact well with others; represent the school in a professional manner.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) preferred.
