Alumae/i and Church Relations Assistant

Reports to: Director of Alumnae/i and Church Relations

Hours: 10 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Duties:

• Update the alumnae/i database
• Search for addresses on returned mail
• Work on preparations for Phonathon, Alumnae/i Days, and other events
• Prepare mailings
• Filing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Self-starter who is able to follow directions and carry out projects to completion
