Application

A student applying for admissions to any course of study offered by the Seminary must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or its academic equivalent. Candidates for study will also be evaluated for character through letters of reference, and are normally a member of full communion of some branch of the Christian Church.

All students must apply for admission to a particular degree program or for special student status. Admission decisions are at the discretion of the Admissions and Standings Committee, a committee of the Seminary faculty.

As a student applying to a PC(USA) seminary, you are required to purchase a background check through CertifiedBackground.com. CertifiedBackground.com is a background check serivce that allows you to purchase your own background check. The results of the background check are posted to the CertifiedBackground.com website in a secure, tamper-proof environment, where the student, as well the Seminary can view the results. Visit www.CertifiedBackground.com. Click on the "Students" link found on the right side under "Order Now." In the Package Code box, enter pi66.
