Calian Residence Hall
The Calian Residence Hall, named in honor of the Seminary's fourth president, the recently retired Rev. Dr. Carnegie Samuel Calian and his wife Doris, is the newest construction. Dedicated in 2003, the hall offers private living quarters, climate control, and Internet access. Also in Calian Hall is overnight guest housing available for participants in Seminary events, alumni, and prospective students.

Samuel A. Fulton Apartments
Fulton offers efficiency and one-bedroom apartments to full-time PTS students. These apartments offer wireless Internet access.

Highlander Apartments
Twenty-three Highlander apartments are available for rent: one- and two-bedrooms. These apartments offer wireless Internet access.

Anderson/McMillan Apartments
PTS students can also live in Anderson and McMillian Apartments. Thirty-one apartments are available: one-, two-, three-, and four-bedrooms. These apartments offer wireless Internet access.
