Guest Housing

Overnight housing is available for participants in Seminary events, prospective students, current students, alumnae/i, and clergy and laypersons auditing courses or completing independent studies.

How to Make a Reservation

To make a housing reservation, please contact reception at 412-924-1397 or reservations@pts.edu. If leaving a message, please include your name, telephone number, and dates of your stay. After verifying vacancy, we will return your call or e-mail to continue with the reservation process. Please note that a credit card number will be taken at the time of reservation. After your stay, you can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), check, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled stay are subject to be charged. If you need to cancel, please call or e-mail. Again, leave a message if necessary.

Room Descriptions

Calian Hall
Rooms 101-113, 115
Newer guest rooms with two single beds, newly furnished, private bath, study desk and table, alarm clock, cable television, computer network hook-up, telephone with voicemail, and air conditioning.
Rooms 100 and 114
Newer guest rooms with one single bed, handicap accessible, newly furnished, private bath, study desk and table, alarm clock, cable television, computer network hook-up, telephone with voicemail, and air conditioning.

McNaugher Hall
Rooms 105 and 106.
Very basic room with two single beds and dresser, shared bathroom with neighboring room. Rooms only reserved at the same time if guests know one another and are willing to share the bathroom.
Room 111
One-bedroom room with two single beds, private bath, sitting room.

Fulton Apartments
Apartments are available in Fulton on an as needed basis and cannot be requested specifically. These units offer private baths, kitchenettes, and wireless Internet access.

McNaugher 105 and 106 $30 single room/ $45 double room
McNaugher 111 $50 single room/ $70 double room
Fulton $50single room/ $70 double room

Doctor or Ministry students receive a special rate for stays of 11 days or longer.
