Seminary Hosts Community Open House
Pittsburgh Theological Seminary invites the community to an open house Thurs., March 18. Come learn what goes on behind the iron fence!
Meet at the John Knox Room, Long Hall at 5:30 p.m. for a tour the campus. Community members will visit the Kelso Bible Lands Museum and the Barbour Library. At 7:00 p.m. we will hear from Seminary President the Rev. Dr. William J. Carl Dr. Carl III has he shares info about the campus, its history, and our vision for the future. His presentation will be held in the John Knox Room, Long Hall.
Those attending will learn about our Institutional Master Plan identifying campus-wide facility changes, parking and traffic plans, landscape and open space area ideas, and overall preservation and improvement of the campus. We would like to share these plans with you prior to presenting them to the City of Pittsburgh Planning Commission and the City Council.
Light refreshments will be served.
