Student Housing

Apartments

Four apartment buildings, offering 93 units, are available for student housing. Fulton Apartments are contained within the Seminary's gates. Highlander, Anderson, and McMillan Apartments are outside the gates and together form a courtyard, perfect for family entertaining. The Seminary's Playroom, open to all Seminary families and their children, is located in McMillan.

All apartments are rented unfurnished; equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and wall-to-wall carpet. Rent includes all utilities excluding telephone and cable. Individual air conditioning units are available for a minimal monthly fee. Residents must purchase own unit. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the ground floor of each apartment complex. Storage areas are also available free of charge, one per apartment. All apartments are equipped with Wireless Internet access. Free unlimited, on-campus parking is available for all tenants. Apartment availability is based on family size.

Residence Hall

The Calian Residence Hall, completed in 2003 and recently named in honor of the Seminary's fourth president Carnegie Samuel Calian and his wife Doris, houses single students (male and female) throughout the academic year. This building features such amenities as individual temperature controls (including air conditioning), private bathrooms for each unit, Internet access (wireless Internet access in common areas), and the convenience of an elevator. The campus Physical Fitness Center is located in the hall. Student lounges and cooking facilities are also available.
