Interim Ministry TrainingThe basic education program for interim ministry explores the unique dynamics of the congregation during a transition in pastoral leadership. It equips the interim pastor with knowledge and skills needed to help the congregation use this opportunity as a time for renewal. The program is appropriate not only for persons engaged in interim ministry, but also clergy who are considering doing interim work as well as members of presbytery staffs and committees on ministry. Because of the valuable material discussed in the courses, some pastors find the program beneficial simply as enrichment for their overall ministries.
