Gifts from Churches
The student financial assistance provided by the Seminary on an annual basis would not be possible without the gifts and support that we receive from congregations. We hope that every congregation will consider a gift to a seminary as an investment in its future as that gift helps to educate future pastoral leadership.
Churches provide support to our students in a variety of ways. Some congregations include a gift to theological education as part of their annual mission budget. Some congregations will take up a special offering each year, perhaps on Theological Education Sunday in September, as their way of providing support. In addition, we have been blessed to receive gifts from Sunday School Classes, Women’s Groups, and even youth group car washes!
Whenever it is possible, we will arrange for a member of the Seminary
staff to visit your congregation to give a sermon, moment for mission,
or other presentation about the Seminary’s work and mission. Please do
