Chad Moore serves as the dean of enrollment management. He is a graduate of Boston University (Ph.D. and MTS) and Hardin-Simmons University (BA). Prior to working at Pittsburgh Seminary, Chad was the director of enrollment at Boston University School of Theology and a leader in higher education at Bethany College (Kansas) and College of the Holy Cross. His hobbies include backpacking, cycling, fly fishing, making and enjoying live music, taking photos, and eating delicious breakfast foods. Chad appreciates the opportunity to walk alongside prospective students as they discern their calls to PTS.

Kara Hoffman is an admissions counselor for prospective master’s and certificate students. She holds degrees in social work from Messiah University and the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining the Seminary, Kara worked in various roles within the social services field, including in child and adolescent mental health and low-income housing. She is passionate about the Seminary's work of educating current and future Christian leaders to be beacons of faith, reconciliation, and scholarship in God's kingdom. In her free time, Kara serves on the board of a local community foundation and provides field education supervision for social work students at Pitt.

Eric Nolin works as an admissions counselor serving prospective doctor of ministry students. A native of Southwestern Pennsylvania and graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, Eric cares deeply about theological education and is eager to help prospective students discern how doctoral study will further develop their call and ministry. Beyond work, Eric enjoys writing, reading, running, and exploring new restaurants around Pittsburgh.
