The Center for Adaptive and Innovative Ministry is characterized by the creativity, faith, and leadership of its students, alumnae/i, and partners. AIM brings people together to learn, experiment, and grow—serving as a center for training, collaboration, and shared wisdom in service to the Church and the world. We create space for both long-standing and emerging communities to listen for God’s movement and respond with courage and imagination.
AIM lives out this mission through three strategic priorities:
Strengthening relationships and building networks within and beyond the Seminary and the Church
Fostering trust through excellent, holistic, and embodied learning experiences that form leaders for real-world ministry
Cultivating communal creativity—especially at the edges of the familiar Church—to respond faithfully to God’s work in the world and carry that wisdom into communities both inside and outside the Church
