Pittsburgh Theological Seminary Seeks Food Service Partner

Pittsburgh Theological Seminary invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a new food service partnership to serve its campus community in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood.

Rooted in a deep commitment to hospitality, PTS understands food as more than sustenance—it is an expression of welcome, belonging, and care. The Seminary seeks a partner who shares this vision and can provide high-quality dining and catering services that support students, faculty, staff, and guests throughout the academic year.

The selected vendor will provide weekday lunch service, catering for campus events and gatherings, and optional breakfast offerings, while helping foster a hospitable and inclusive community around the table. Vendors will also have access to the Seminary’s commercial kitchen and the opportunity to grow their business through this partnership.

Proposals are due May 1, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET Interested vendors are encouraged to review the full Request for Proposals and contact Ashley Steele, chief of staff, with questions or to schedule a site visit.
