Pittsburgh Theological Seminary’s Office of Continuing Education will co-sponsor the annual retreat of the Vineyard Guild, an ecumenical community of lay and clergy leaders committed to creating deeply faith-filled congregations and communities. The event “Reframing Hope: Spiritual Movements in a Shifting Culture” will be held Oct. 20-22, 2011 at the Franciscan Spirit and Life Center in the South Hills. Carol Howard Merritt, pastor of Western Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C. will serve as keynote speaker.
