The Presbyterian Church (USA)’s Company of New Pastors—a transition-into-ministry program for seminary students and first-call pastors—invites clergy and alums to talk with theologian Joe Small ’66, former director of Theology, Worship and Education for the Presbyterian Mission Agency and a PTS distinguished alum, about the changing shape of ministry in the Church.
The gathering will take place Thurs., Oct. 23, 2014, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and includes light refreshments. The Church Planting Initiative at PTS is pleased to host this free event to increase awareness of the changing context of our ministry and to lift up the cohort model of formation used by the Company of New Pastors.
