Successful Strategic Planning and Implementation for Churches
An Asynchronous Online Class
Nov. 7-Dec. 11, 2021 asynchronous
This course will help you understand:
- the ways your church's or organization's culture deeply influences planning success or failure;
- that attention to plan implementation is at least as important as planning itself; and
- the ways you can create a compelling vision that is achievable by carefully answering two key questions: How? and Why?
This online class allows students to engage in the material at their convenience. The instructor will introduce new topics and material each week.
