The 2018 Albright-Deering Lecture was held April 12. Doug Powe, director of the Lewis Center for Church Leadership, James C. Logan Professor of Evangelism, and Professor of Urban Ministry at Wesley Theological Seminary, presented "Re-examining the Importance of Wesleyan Anthropology for Racial Conversations.” During this time togetherm Dr. Powe discussed race through a Wesleyan lens with the goal of a more fruitful dialogue.
