In Strong and Weak, he provides a model for leadership that examines the important relationship between authority and vulnerability. It is an empowering guide for anyone who seeks to live into a life of meaningful risk and flourishing. During this event, Andy will unpack how this fresh and powerful view of leadership can impact our city and our communities. Join us as we seek the bigger context of how leading with strength and weakness can shape our beloved city of Pittsburgh.
