Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and Pinnacle Presbyterian Church will co-sponsor “God and E.T.” Sat., Jan. 31 at 4:00 p.m. at Pinnacle PC, 25150 N. Pima Rd., Scottsdale, Ariz. Dr. Paul Davies, professor and director of the BEYOND Center for Fundamental Concepts in Science at Arizona State University, and the Rev. Dr. Ron Cole-Turner, H. Parker Sharp Professor of Theology and Ethics at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, will discuss the religious implications of the search for extra-terrestrial life.

This event marks the first Francis W. Park Memorial Lecture at Pinnacle. Park was a member of the PTS Board of Directors and Distinguished Alumnus in Pastoral Ministry. Additionally he helped launch the Doctor of Ministry satellite Parish Focus group at the church. He served as pastor there for nine years.
