Pittsburgh Theological Seminary will present the 30th annual Teacher Training Workshop Sat., Sept. 28 from 8:15 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. The Rev. B. De Neice Welch, senior pastor at Bidwell United Presbyterian Church, will be the keynote speaker.

This year’s theme is “Spirituality in the Home, Church, and World” and elective workshops include: “Spirituality in the Home, Church, and World” with B. De Neice Welch; “ Basics of Teaching” with Barbara Gunn; “Theology of the Parables” with Mary L. Buckley; “Starting Right: Planning and Prioritizing for  Youth Ministry” with Brian Wallace; “Manna in the Wilderness: Feeding Ourselves in Times of Spiritual Drought” with Trish Heidebrecht and Karen Graysay; “Beyond the Basics of Teaching” with Barbara Gunn; “Celtic Christianity” with Rebecca Cole-Turner; “Pilgrimage in the Last Third of Life” with Richard Morgan; “ Mission and Children” with Donald Dawson; “Prayer Walking in the Community” with Karen Battle and Sharon Stewart; and “Spirituality and Youth” with Michael Haddox.
