Brenda Salter-McNeal and Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove to Speak at 2020 W. Don McClure Lecture and World Mission Conference

Brenda Salter-McNeal and Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove will be our keynote speakers at the 2020 McClure Lecture/World Mission Conference, Oct. 1-3, 2020. The conference, "Jesus Christ and the 'Dividing Wall': Race and Mission in America," will be in conjunction with the annual W. Don McClure Lecture. Save the date!

The quality of the witness and content shared by these two leaders, along with their interaction with participants around race and God’s mission, will allow the lecture/conference to serve as a space of critical reflection about the relationship between race and mission.

• Brenda Salter-McNeil is a speaker, author, professor, and thought-leader with more than 30 years of experience in the ministry of reconciliation. She is the author of Roadmap to Reconciliation and Credible Witness: Reflections on Power, Evangelism and Race.

• Jonathan Wilson Hartgrove is the author of The New Monasticism and co-author with the Rev. Dr. William Barber II of The Third Reconstruction: Moral Mondays, Fusion Politics, and the Rise of a New Justice Movement.

The lecture and conference are co-sponsored by the Office of Continuing Education and World Mission Initiative at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
